The EC-TEL joining instructions (emailed to attendees on 24th August) contained a campus map showing the main conference venues. You can also view the map here.

Conference Navigator needs your input to gather the collective intelligence needed to match all Hypertext community members with sessions and colleagues that best fit their research interests. Please, help the community by adding at least five conference papers that are of most interest to you to your personal EC-TEL 2018 schedule (one of them could be yours, of course!). The provided data will be used for recommending similar papers for all attendees as well as for making a more efficient conference program.
Standard registrations for EC-TEL 2018 will be closing very soon (24th August). Register soon if you want to guarantee your place!

26th March 2018
No downgrading of long papers to short papers
Different to previous EC-TEL conferences we will no longer downgrade full papers and accept them as short papers for the EC-TEL conference. You are either accepted with your full paper to the research track or not. With this, we aim to strengthen the value of short paper submissions: The length of the paper should reflect what you have to say; and the goal in paper-writing is to be as concise as possible.
There are a wide range of submission routes available this year: research paper (long or short), practitioner paper (long or short), industry pitch, poster, demo or workshop. Your chances of success and impact will be greatest if you choose the most appropriate submission route for your work.
